Company Profile Toco Planning Consultants Limited was established by Mr. Ted T. C. Chan in 1990. Mr. Chan was a former Senior Town Planner of the Hong Kong Government with 13 years of professional planning experience. The Company has been providing the following professional town planning and development consultancy services: - S.16 planning application, S.17 review of planning application, S.17(b) planning appeal - S.12A rezoning application for amendment of OZP - Compliance with approval conditions, s.16A application for amendments to approved scheme - Submission of Representation on draft OZP, planning objection - Land use planning and development studies - Project coordination, public engagement strategies - Master planning, urban design, visual and landscape assessment, traffic management plan - application for lease modification and land exchange The Company puts very strong emphasis on the interest of its clients and every project is handled personally by Mr. Chan.
